New Pick-up Service Points due to construction

Dear Passengers,

due to construction work at the Hamburg Airport, we had to relocate our previous Pick-up Service Points at Terminal 1 & 2 on the Arrival Level 0.

We would like to ask you to take note to the following changes:

Arrival Level 0 - Terminal 1

- New Pick-up Service Point opposite Terminal 1 in the P4 parking garage - Parking Area I

Arrival Level 0 - Terminal 2

- New Pick-up Service Point opposite Terminal 2 in the P4 parking garage - Parking Area R

After leaving the respective Terminal, please cross the street and turn towards the signposted areas (I for Terminal 1 and R for Terminal 2). The Hansa Taxi you ordered will be waiting for you there. The walking distance to your Hansa Taxi is approximately 60 meters.

The construction work is expected to be completed in March 2025.
